Imporve Overall Equipment Efficiency Of General Semiconductor Tianjin Manufacturer

The advanced equipment management is the effective way of reducing productcost and increasing enterprise benefit. The manufacturing equipment is the physicalbase of enterprise producing. So improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) isthe core issue of equipment management.This paper selects the General Semiconductor Tianjin manufacturer (GSC) as thestudy object. First this paper elaborates the current status and the existing problem ofGSC Tianjin manufacturer equipment management. Then it systematically analyzesand optimizes the equipment management system and production management system.Finally this paper put forward equipment management information system, which isappropriate for current situation of GSC Tianjin manufacturer.Firstly, on the basis of investigation, this article systematically analyzes the mainfactors of GSC Tianjin manufacturer low OEE, find out many unreasonable issues thatrelated to manpower management, equipment management, spare parts managementand key performance indices (KPI), etc. This paper systematically study and optimizethem. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems in GSC Tianjin manufacturerproduction management system, study and optimize the issues from several aspects ofeducation and training, autonomous maintenance and productivity. After above study,found the equipment management information system is essential for GSC Tianjinmanufacturer, it is the basis of improving OEE. Finally the text analyzes the potentialeffect after conduct equipment management information system.This paper, which begins with basic management and combines modernequipment management theory and IT technology, systematically optimize theequipment management system on the purpose of improving GSC Tianjinmanufacturer OEE.
