Total Productive Maintenance On The Research Of BeiYing Rolling Mill Equipment Management’s Application

So the focus modern iron and steel enterprise equipment management is to reduce equipment causes the loss caused by to the enterprise, to form the scientific and effective equipment maintenance strategy and management mode, to improve and maintain the stable operation of the equipment reliability, to complete the full participation of the preventive maintenance and to do equipment zero fault.Application of check and examine regular repairing system is total productive maintenance(TPM) that is based on fixed point inspection of equipment for post personnel, to fixed point inspection of equipment for full-time staff as the core, to precision time-check for equipment for technical means. This system has important significance for accurately mastering device status, grasping equipment degradation degree and development trend, properly reasonable maintaining equipment, ensuring equipment performance stability, reducing equipment downtime frequency and downtime, reducing the equipment maintenance costs and in the most economic costs completing equipment maintenance.This paper is based on researching and analyzing TPM, in rolling mill of Benxi steel group BeiYing company as the research object. Analysis of BeiYing rolling mill equipment management organizational structure and equipment management situation, puts forward the problems existing in the equipment management. For these problems, we analyses rolling mill equipment management plan and process.
