As intensifying market competition and market demand changing,the requirements of reducing cost,improve flexibility of supply chain and enhance market respondence are becoming very urgent in automotive industry.How to solve the pressure of increasing cost become a problem that both manufacturer and supplier have to face to.Therefor the requirement for lower purchase cost and improve supply chain efficiency becoming more and more urgent,special for optimization of auto parts purchase.In this paper,auto parts purchase & supply chain of CHANGHE-SUZUKI is chosen as the main object of study.First of all,it introduces the concept and connotation of purchase & supply chain and management of the chain,through compares and analyses the difference between purchase & supply chain and traditional purchase model,highlights the advantages and characters of purchase&supply chain.Subsequently,it focus on the current status and problems of CHANGHE-SUZUKI's purchase&supply chain.On basis of this,studies management of CHANGHE-SUZUKI's purchase&supply chain,and puts forward some comparatively specific methods,sets up corresponding indicator system, adopts algorithm model of qualitative and quantitative combination,final presents some suggestions of optimization of auto parts purchase & supply chain of CHANGHE-SUZUKI according to the theory of logistics management,supply chain management theory and third-party logistic theory.The research of this paper is helpful to enhance purchase management level, lower product cost,improve economic benefit for CHANGHE-SUZUKI,it also has a significance to the similar corporation for reference.
