LiuZhouas the bridgehead of automobile industry for Asean market, has become an importantautomobile producing base in southern China. Under pull of automobile company, theLiuZhou auto parts industry has formed a complete supporting industrial chain. However,how to ensure the normal of LiuZhou auto parts supply chain, reduce the conflict amongthe parts enterprises, and verify if the integration of LiuZhou auto parts resources will bebetter performance, these issues are the common concern of the members of LiuZhouauto parts supply chain. Therefore, further systematic study on the performanceevaluation of auto parts supply chain has theoretical and practical significance.The purpose of paper is to build a scientific and sound the supply chainperformance evaluation system of auto parts industry based on the existing study ofsupply chain management and performance evaluation. The study content also includesthe content of auto parts supply chain, the construction of evaluation index system andevaluation system framework. Among them, the index system and evaluation systemframework is the focus of paper as well as the core of constructing the performanceevaluation system of auto parts supply chain. Therefore, the author uses the BalancedScore Card to set the full balance performance indicators at the strategic level of theperformance evaluation of auto parts supply chain, and uses SCOR Model to devide thebusiness process.
