The Analysis And Research On The Methods Of The Auto Parts Supply Logistics

In recent years,Chinese automobile production and sales volume are increasing dramatically, the automobile logistics has become more and more important in our economic growth.As a result of severe competition between manufacturers,the logistics has been considered as the best approach to explore the potential of the automobile industry and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.After the accession to the WTO,the mutinational auto companies and their supporting venders have landed in China, it has brought the international competition and challenges into the domestic auto market. As one of the pillar industries of national economy,the automotive industry is moving in the direction of internationalization and globalization. Accompanied by the intensified market competition and the accelerated demand change in market,the demands to reduce costs, speed up the response to the market and to improve the supply chain flexibility in automobile industry have become more and more urgent. So,it has great needs to decrease the cost,and optimize the procedure of the supply logistis.In logistics industry,automobile logistics is regarded as the most complicated business,which has four major modules,include of supply logistics,production,distribution (after-sale), and reverse.Because of the huge transportation and distribution system are hard to be integrated,as well as the communications between the supply and demand are very difficult, the current supply logistics system in our Country can not meet the market demand of modern automobile industry competing.So how to reduce the cost and promote the level of service has become an important concern of the automobile industry.Under the background of the explosive growth of Chinese automobile production and sales volume and lean logistics theory widely accepted by domestic enterprises, this dissertation put the focus on exploring the operating method of the supply logistics.On the paper, by analyzing the advanced concepts and methodology of the domestic and foreign supply logistics,combining with our Country's development envirnment, first of all,stand on the point of supply chain,the auther propose that the process of Quality Control should be moved forward,because it's good for decreasing the cost improving the quality of vehicle,and it is also the basic condition of Synchronous Delivery;Secondly, the paper draw on the successful experience of demestic and foreign,constructs a supply logistics organizing model according to different supplier;Then,in the route planning,the paper use Dynamic Routing into Milk-run,propose a VRP method to adapt to the dynamic changes in demand. The analysis indicated that:the paper points out the problems of the auto parts suppy logistics and the develop strategies to perfect it, which sum up the successful experience of the domestic and foreign auto parts supply logistics and meet the market demand, and it plays an important role in perfecting the auto parts supply logistics of our country.
