The core argument of this thesis is that the quality of Human Resource id the foremost one of all competition factors. It depends on their relative advantages whether various enterprises can survive and develop. Therefore, the enterprises' competition is as well as the competition of HR. Only under the condition that the enterprises at home realize the importance of the recruitment step and attach importance to the research on the fundamental management work which the enterprises lack most, seemingly ordinary, subtle but very crucial, that can the quality of the selected talented people be assured, and thereby the enterprises at home could obtain the competitive power of our own through the strength of genius and knowledge.This article discusses it from the following three main aspects:1 Introduces the background of this research and the meaning for selecting this title. Then the author proposes the research project on this basis.2 This chapter illuminated the process of recruitment and selection of human resource, from the basis which including human resource planning and job analysis to the operation process of recruitment and selection.3 The third chapter introduces detailed plan of recruitment system with company A , starts from the human resources plan, finally carries on the appraisal to the employment advertisement activity, involves the enterprise various departments in employment advertisement activity responsibility and the concrete measure.
