The Application Study Of SAP R/3 System In The Module Psused In The Infrasture Project Management Of Netcom Beijing Branch Of The X Department

SAP R/3 system has brunt into effect in the Netcom Beijing in August 2005. As one of the specific unit of the company, X department used the PS module to the management. This thesis mainly systematically expounds the definition of ERP and its implication on the thinking of management, the basic function of PS module. In accordance with the actual condition, this paper analyze in detail the application process of X department which is in charge of building the project take the management by using the PS module. Through the present work as the research base and the combination with the project management and the information system, I analyzed the current problems and put forward the corresponding solutions and make the monitoring. From the indirect economic benefits, I evaluated the application results and provide valuable advices. These will be some reference value in improving the management level, optimizing business process and being the dominant position in the company development and market competition. At the same time, some experience will be applicable to the other departments and other companies.
