The improvement of construction project management model and the corresponding design and application of project process management information system (PPMIS) of port of Dalian serve as a useful reference for project management of coastal harbor enterprises and similar State-owned large enterprisesBased on the deep analysis of investment subject's diversification and requirement for elaborate, standard and information-based project management, this essay undertook the research and design of Enterprise Construction-Agent System and PPMIS.With a new relationship among the project investor, user and the construction agent, the Construction-Agent System has provided the proprietor with the solution for improved project management, with which the project construction has been brought closer to commercial operations thus the project management, is more specialized. Through the design and application of the PPMIS, a multi-project PPMIS for the proprietor has been built on the basis of flow management control, full-cycle management, investment progress resolve and real-time feedback control of the project.
