Research & Application On The Safety Management Of The Railway Lines'

Our nation's railway system is one of the busiest railway systems in the world, in which the paradox between the transportation capacity and the assignment scale is becoming more and more prominent, thus intensifying the importance of security. As the base of the whole system, the railway lines' repair exerts immense effect on the final security. However, it should be admitted that the safety management of our railway lines' repair remains low-level. So it's of great value both for theory and practice to forecast, prevent and evaluate the safety state of various railway lines' repair operations with systematic and scientific perspective.For such purpose, firstly this paper classifies the corresponding safety problems based on sufficient investigations. Secondly, the specific evaluating factors about two important kinds of safety dimensions are designed within the research frame called FMEA. Moreover, the relevant weights and the ultimate index called RPN are calculated according to the results from expert questionnaires. Finally, a new safety management mode is established and has contributed to the reality.
