A Study On The Construction Of Standard Groups For Safety Management In A Vehicle Repair Enterprise

As the basic components of an enterprise, working teams play an important role for safety and quality controlling, and it directly dominates the development of enterprises. In recent years, the railway enterprises, which combine transportation safety with quality management, made certain achievements in the team construction and improvement of self-control ability. However, higher requirements have been come forward with the rapid development of railway reform, applying of new technology widely, adjusting of production activities and further improvement of the productivity layout.This paper focus on the safety management of Guangzhou Railway Rolling Stock Works. We select the typical accident in Guangzhou Railway Rolling Stock Works from2002to2010. Mathematical statistics methods are used to analyze the frequency and cause of accidents. We put forward five control standards to ensure the safety of people, machines, materials, rules and the environment on the basis of analysis on the status of standard management for safety productivity in this enterprise completely, The implementation of safety accidents and safety management standardization management system for2011-2012years after the occurrence of the enterprise through the contrast analysis, thus verifying can reduce the incidence of enterprise safety accident construction enterprise safety management standardization management system, ensure the enterprise production safety situation remained stable and controllable.Construction of safety system for standard groups should be in accordance with the scientific development concept, meeting the requirements for railway productivity development, adhering to the important direction of standard management and procedure operation to ensure safety and quality, outstanding its efficiency, enhancing the comprehensive management, bettering the self-control mechanism and improving their integrated qualities, to finally realize the goals of enterprises upon team leader assessment and appointment, staffs documented appointment, management system perfectly, operating procedures completely and increasing of self-control gradually.Construction of standardization team could promote the locomotive vehicle maintenance enterprise to perfect the team management systems, further improve the self management ability of staffs, control the safety and quality effectively, and better the whole working environment.
