Aerospace electronics manufacturing project that a part of the whole life cycle in the aerospace program, mainly based on the design scheme of using technology means for the product realization process, is high invested, technical, long-term producted, high reliable, etc. Any thoughtless factor in the project which has numerous risk factors will cause the project production schedule, cost, performance index affected, even cause the failure of the entire project and huge losses, so it is necessary that to strengthen risk assessment work,and improve the ability of risk management in the field of the manufacture of the space program.Instance with the manufacturing of aerospace electronic product, using Synthesized Risk Assessment based on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA),and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) evaluate risk, The main contents of this dissertation are follows:(1) Risk of aerospace electronic product manufacturing. Clear the basic concept of aerospace electronics manufacturing, in-depth analysis of the risk type in the manufacturing process, and the risk assessment technology used in the aerospace field.(2) Risk assessment technology based on FMEA.This dissertation reveals a method of comprehensive risk evaluation that FMEA combined with FTA,and Expert Investigation Method.Using FTA for risk identification, determine the failure mode and failure cause (mechanism), and by means of Expert Investigation Method to evaluate identified risk,which the degree of severity, occurrence and detection in the process of FMEA, so as to obtain the degree of risk.Based on the evaluation of three factors(the degree of severity,occurrence and detection)of FMEA,using Fuzzy AHP to evaluate results surveyed by the experts, acquiring Risk Ranking in the multi-level risk model.(3)Case Study. The discussion of risk assessment is proved with two kinds of types of Risk management.Application of risk assessment mentioned above improves the aerospace electronics manufacturing risk assessment technology in the field of science, and provides decision makers with more accurate information about the risk factors, that making risk plan reasonable.
