Sinopec, as a listed company, its production efficiency plays a vital role. The staffs of theOil Plant are the capital on which it can depend to survive and develop. The overall quality ofthe staff determines their competitiveness. The staff training is the internal requirement ofsustainable development, but every enterprise has its own specific conditions, so, it's animportant issue to take special training measures to improve the oil plant's competitivenessaccording to the actual situation.In this paper, combined with the reality of production in Gudao Oil Plant, it does ananalysis of current conditions of the plant's staff training and also points out the problems intraining. At the same time, it also provides the new program and design from the four aspectsof Oil Plant's training programs. Hope that through the research of Gudao Oil Plant' training,we can set up new training system and improve the quality of staff training. |
