Study On The Development Headquarter Economy Of Modern Logistics Industry

The modern logistics industry ,as an emerging service industry ,is rapidly rising to become a pillar industry of national economy and new economic growth point. Considering the home and abroad situation of Logistics Research ,on the premise of modern logistics theory, with the help of the theory of SD (System Dynamics), This thesis synthetically analyzed the conditions of developing modern logistics headquarter economy,and proposed the basic ideas to develop modern logistics headquarter economy .And in the end of this paper,the limitations and next direction of this study are summarized and prospected. In addition, this paper as an example to the modern logistics industry of Qingdao City,put forward some measures to developing modern logistics headquarter economy in Qingdao City. Qingdao City has advantages in terms of geographical location, economic development, industrial structure and so in order to develop modern logistics headquarter economy in Qingdao City. Qingdao City make measures to develop modern logistics headquarter economy,that Should be conducive to create a favorable institutional environment to develop modern logistics headquarter economy;integrate logistics resources; build a talent advantage to develop modern logistics headquarter economy.The main thesis of this research is as follows:(1)Based on the theory of SD rate variable fundamental in - tree model,the fundamental in - tree model of developing modern logistics headquarter economy are established.(2)Based on the theory of rate variable in - tree branch determinant alogrithm,27 feedback loops are gained.(3)By setting operation of the 27 feedback loops, three meaningfull archetypes are gained.The system archetypes describle that count of practitioner,the public finance income,and the number of the headquarters go into the city increase jointly;The system archetypes describle that the degree of servicing business conglomeration,the count of practitioners,the number of the headquarters go into city,and the public finance income increase jiontly;The system archetypes describle that the political encironment restrict the growth of the public finance income. (4)By analyzed the three above - mentioned models,according to the actual condition of Qingdao City,The countermeasures to developing modern logistics headquarter economy in Qingdao City are proposed.(5)On the basis of the theory of modern logistics,the theory of headquarter economy are introduced,and by taking modern logistics industry of Qingdao City as examlpe,We can achieve the feasibility of developing modern logistics headquarter economy.
