Auto industry is an industry which affects widely and enormously on thenational economy. The industry is the leader of modem manufacturing industry,which will play an import part in NanChang economy development.NanChang develop the headquarter economy of auto industry, which can notonly arouse NanChang's auto industry development, but also can promote NanChangeconomy. How to develop the headquarter economy? It is a factual problem.The text studies the problem that the development of headquarter economy inNanchang's auto industry base on the theory of system dynamics and city marketing.(1)On the basis the theory of SD rate variable fundamental in-tree model,establish the model of headquarter economy in NanChang's auto industry.(2)On the basis the theory of rate variable in-tree branch determinant algorithm,gained 106 feedback loops.(3)Sets operation of the 106 feedback loops, gained four meaningful systemarchetypes:①The system archetype describe that the count of practitioner, the NanChang'spublic finance income, and the number of the headquarters go into NanChang cityincrease jointly;②The system archetype describe that the degree of servicing businessconglomeration, the count of practitioners, the number of the headquarters go intoNanChang city, and the NanChang's public finance income increase jointly;③The system archetype describe that the degree of the city infrastructure perfect,the degree of servicing business conglomeration, the count of practitioners, thenumber of the headquarters go into NanChang city, and the NanChang's publicfinance income increase jointly;④The system archetype describe that the political environment restrict the growthof the public finance income.(4)The text carries analysis on the four above-mentioned molds, and advancecountermeasure on the development of headquarter economy in Nanchang's auto industry base on the theory of city marketing.
