| Human resource dispatch has been widely used, which is a resource strategy that can efficiently reduce labor cost and improve the power of competition. At the early development stage of human resource dispatch, its production and service are not regular, and on account of its fast development, more and more corporations participated in this field, many enterprises adopted illegal competitive ways and means in order to make a living, which made unwarrantable competition worse. This does not only damage the benefit of hirers and employees, but stains this industry itself, and badly affects its evolution.The research of the forming stage of the industry's competitive strategy and industry's innovative law shows that, at the forming stage of the industry, the establishment of the products'criterion, is not only the key to promoting the industry development, also the key of achieving competitive advantage for the enterprises.By now, there is little necessary research about how to establish service quality standard for human resource dispatch industry. This thesis claims that as for the human resource dispatch industry, the products'criterion should be the strategic result of excellent corporations'. Based on this, the thesis made a research of outstanding corporations'competitive strategy and the way how to realize it.Firstly, the thesis introduced the study background, and then based on the study of the relationship among the industry lifecycle, competitive strategy choice theory, industry innovation theory, customer satisfaction theory, and competitive advantage, the thesis analyzed the human resource dispatch's development stage, human resource dispatch corporations'competitive environment, and then brought forward that the outstanding human resource dispatch corporation which is in the initial stage of industry development should revise it's service procedure constantly, and offer satisfactory service product to customers to realize competitive advantage in the course of seeking customer satisfaction. The other corporations of the industry will imitate the service regulations in order to pursuit competitive advantage, which result in the establishment of the products'criterion. Based on the previous analysis, this thesis, taking A Human Resource Company as sample, formed the CSI of human resource dispatch, which includes the enterprise's image, perception quality, perception value, customer's satisfaction and faithfulness, and in the investigation, the dissertation measured the customer satisfaction. According to the measurement, the thesis offered improving measures and explained the way to realize the competitive strategy of customer satisfaction. |
