Who control the cost, activated the human, who is likely to win in the intense competition. The human resource dispatch is not a new thing, but in the new environment, there is much fineness could be done.In this paper, based on the detailed description of the theoretical literature at domain and abroad on the current situation of the development, learn widely from others’strong points, summarized the industry at domain and abroad human resource dispatch and the future trend. From the existing human resource dispatch aspect research results, link theory with practice,according to PW Company’s human resources dispatch business conduct detailed analysis.PW Company is a human resource Consultation Service Co.ltd, its business scope is from the full range of business services in the era of planned economy, the development of the current human resource dispatch services,the human resources outsourcing development and human resources management consulting service as a supplement, which can enhance human resource services for multi-level, diversified human resources service products.In this paper, the actual operation of the PW Company on the human resource dispatch service, in-depth research, including customer structure analysis, business process analysis and business status and future trend. Focused on the operation of the existing problems, analyzes the problems of internal and external factors, including the laws and regulations construction difficulties, bottlenecks in the expansion of business, the lack of internal management mechanism defects and talents, to find out thecountermeasures and proposes improvement suggestions. At the same time, the human resources management information system at presentis just unfolding, and business forms of mobile Internet business expansion, and it is new to investigate prospectively.
