Research On Customer Satisfaction Measurement Method Of PC Mechanical Part Enterprise

Today customer requirements become more and more variety and changeable in the economic integration of the whole world and the ever-changing market environment. To provide individualized products and service for customer is a major trend in economic development. How to produce customer satisfied product, how to get the customer's evaluation for product and service, is regarded by executive in difference industry more and more. Measure customer satisfaction is a important way to obtain the customer demands and customer evaluations。With customer satisfaction measurement method & Application of E company, This paper puts forward a new index system of measuring customer satisfaction, combining the established index system and the real situation of the manufacturer, including measuring index system, the implementation steps and data analysis methods. The aim is help manufacturer find problems and deficiencies in customer satisfaction, thus enhance competition ability.Application of QFD on KPI is key research in this paper.With the method of Brain-storming,finding incident factor during the difference stages of customer complains.So we conclude the method how to define right measurement index.Following the main route `theory-method-application' and the main theme of customer satisfaction measurement method,this paper analyses and discusses customer satisfaction in terms of theory and practice. On the foundation of that the theory models of customer satisfaction are combed and analyzed.This paper put forward a new model-Structural Equation Modeling for customer satisfaction measurement and demonstrates it using an example.
