Human resource management is one important part of the modern management,enhance the level of human resource management is very important to prove the competitiveness of the enterprise market,is also an important way to reduce cost,increase profits.More and more company choose human resouce outsoucing,focus on developing their own core business,that becomes an effective method to enhance the level of human resource management.However,with the furious market competition,the human resource outsourcing industy did not form a unified industry standard,lead to casual charge,poor quality of the service,have serious influence on the level of customer satisfaction,also has a bad influence for the whole development of the industry.Based on the current situation of industry development bottleneck and rising demand,this article tries to combine the characteristic of human resource outsourcing developmeng and existing problems of this industry of the era of “internet+”,analysis of the factors restricting the customer satisfaction of human resources outsourcing,build the measurement model of customer satisfacfaction of human resources outsourcing which is conform to the development characteristic of our cocountry,and put forward hypothesis according to the research question,to set up the initial model,design the questionnaire,according to structural equation model and assumptions,than investigate the customers that use the service of human resources outsourcing,using empirical data to test hypothesis of structural equation model,finally try to find the factors that affect human resources outsourcing service customer satisfaction,and according to the empirical results give some suggestions for the corresponding improve customer satisfaction.At the end of the article,it summarizes the study results of the paper,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,points out the shortcomings of research and future research direction.
