The salary incentive mechanism of human resources are an important research object of study. The salary incentive mechanism of enterprise unit is set up and perfect gradually developed accompanied by socio-economic system, has played a very active role in various stages of social development. However, with the establishment of a market economy, the traditional distribution system can not meet the development of socio economic. A more suitable distribution system is desired.It is the core that how carry out salary distribution reforming better in order to achieve goal of effectively inspiriting employee. The paper only discusses about salary distribution reforming in enterprise unit, through thoroughly analyzes the successful experience and the existed problem that are during enterprise unit in our country reforming, applies scientific economics theories, and studiously designs a set of salary distribution project that suit for development of the enterprise unit in our country. There are three great suggestions about the salary distribution of the enterprise unit during the transforming period in China. On the one hand, it is drastically carrying out scientific development conception, gradually establishing and perfecting salary distribution system of "base on man" theory. On the other hand, actively learn from the salaries theory of advanced concepts. Thirdly , continuously neatening system of salary distribution, building up diversified distribution mechanism that suits different community gradually. Fourthly, constantly rationalize the salary system, and gradually establish a diversified allocation mechanism. Fifthly, the reform of income distribution system should go together with the reform of personnel system in institutions.
