As the textile mills have sprung up all over the country.Ordinary yarns have narrowed down in quality except some special yarns.In such situation,the capabilities of sales personnel are particularly important.Scientific and effective compensation system can stimulate employees' maximum potential,produce its best working condition,and then create more benefits for enterprises.However,in the process of its development,some salesmen are not satisfied with company's existing assessment indicators and methods.Compared to other companies salary,they feel disappointed and job-hopping happened usually.Optimizing the existing compensation system has become the focus of the company.This article takes the salesmen' salary of HM company as content,has designed a questionnaire and carried out an exploratory empirical study.Through questionnaire survey,we concludes that there are such unreasonable factors in the salary system for salesmen: high rate of fixed wages,poor performance of salary incentive,single form of allowances and benefits for the salesmen and short sight development plans for salesmen.This paper uses some research methods including literature induction,questionnaire survey,case analysis,qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis,analyzes the original salary system of salesmen of HM company.This article draws on the advanced experience methods at home and abroad,aims at the existing problems of HM company's salary system and optimize the design of fixed salary,performance salary,allowance benefits and employee long-term development.Besides,we put forward the implementation guarantee for its optimization.and proposes a practical salary optimization scheme that is suitable for the company.This paper takes the textile enterprise in Nantong as the carrier,the salesmen as samples and the salary of the salesmen as content.I hope the results of this paper can provide some material for salary management of salesmen in this industry.
