The scientific motivation is directly related to the stability of the corporate officers, the efficiency of production, and the production costs of enterprises. Zhengzhou mobile employees’incentives have been slightly behind in modern advanced incentive theory and practice in front of, so to get the company to be able to advance steadily in the fierce competition, must the employee incentive mechanism reform issues put on the agenda.
