With over thirty year’s speedy development since reform and opening-up, the private economy of China has become one important component of China’s economy growth. Family enterprise, the typical enterprise form of Chinese private economy, rises as one of the great force again, and township enterprise is a peculiar private enterprise form to China. JC Pharmaceutical Group, the object of this study, is a typical family private Township enterprise. In recent years, the shortage of talented people has increasingly become one key limit of its development. This enterprise could not attract talented people from the aspects of its geographical location, organization form, enterprise scale and occupation development. Therefore to build a good Motivate Mechanism will help this enterprise to attract and keep a number of outstanding managers, and bring out a troop of excellent staffs, which is an important means to achieve sustainable development. The study on the motivate mechanism of JC pharmaceutical group has the universal significances for the motivate mechanism’s establishment and improvement for the same type of private township enterprises.This paper briefly introduces the related concepts of motivating, the Content-based theory of motivation of motivation theories, and the basic status of JC pharmaceutical group. In this paper, I had a deep investigation and analysis on the motivate mechanism of JC pharmaceutical group with the methods of questionnaires and interview, and worked out its positive effects and problems. I brought up an improvement project for JC pharmaceutical group’s motivate mechanism in three aspects of incentive salary, enterprise culture and training, according to Maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs, two-factor theory, ERG theory, the present situation of this enterprise’s human resources management. At the last part of this essay, I summarized this study and discussed the research prospect.
