Study On Cooperation Mode Of Generic Technological Innovation In The Enterprise Cluster

Enterprise cluster have a great promoting role to regional economic, and enhance its competitiveness. However, facing intense competition and rapidly changing market, enterprise cluster need to rely on independent innovation and technological progress to promote the upgrade and achieve sustainable development. From the technical level, innovation ability of enterprise cluster is promoted by two technologies: generic technology and competitive technology. Generic technology plays a decisive and dominant role. Therefore, it is an important task for enterprise cluster to improve ability of independent innovation through the innovation of generic technology. Because high externalities and high risks of generic technology, compared with research independently, cooperation has many advantages. But, which cooperation mode can make cooperation efficient so that the probability of innovation success is improved is becoming an urgent problem. Based on this, this thesis puts forward the generic technology of enterprise cluster, has targeted research, and conclude cooperation mode of generic technology innovation in enterprise cluster based on the best contribution level.First of all, from the respect of whether overflow of general technology is restricted by geographical proximity, generic technology was divided. Further more, the paper put forward concept of enterprise cluster and analyzed its functions. Based on this, definition and characteristics of generic technology of enterprise cluster was analyzed. Then, the paper inferred the reason of cooperation innovation about generic technology of enterprise cluster, which reflected the importance and necessary of cooperation innovation. All above is the basis of the paper. Self-organizing process in innovation system operation of generic technology about enterprise has five stages: communication, competition, cooperation, sharing, evaluation. Cooperative competition is among enterprises of cluster in the run of whole innovation system. This paper researched on two key run stages of cooperation and sharing. First, through analyzing the best contribution level between Nash equilibrium and Pareto optimal about enterprises of cluster, this paper concluded two propositions about change of the best contribution level and relation between profit distribution proportion and it. Based on these propositions, from the aspects of resource optimization as a whole and protection of core technology, this paper designed a new cooperation mode for enterprises of cluster who join the innovation of generic technology .This mode can achieve Pareto optimal contribution level. In addition, relied on fair contracts theory, the paper designed operation mechanism for the new mode. Second, after success of cooperation innovation about generic technology, every enterprise has two options: abide by provisions of cooperation contract and take action of opportunistic. So, when the action took by cluster enterprises has no Negative impact, the paper used Finite static game to analyze how to deal with opportunistic behavior of other cluster enterprise for enterprises which do not have opportunistic behavior. In addition, when the action selected by cluster enterprise has negative impact, the paper set up a punishment contract model to prevent opportunistic behavior through Principal-Agent Theory.
