Research On School-enterprise Cooperation Mode Of Innovative Medium-sized Enterprises

With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system,China's enterprises,particularly small and medium-sized enterprises,have made great progress,and gradually play a vital role in China's economic development.But the small and medium-sized enterprise have common problems,such as lacking of innovation,the operating state of instability,low lifespan.Therefore,improving the innovation capability of SMEs and solving the problem of operating difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises have important meaning for the development of small and medium sized enterprises in China.In this paper,aiming at the problem of innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is insufficient,making use of the characteristics of university innovation ability and through the research on the new mode of cooperation,this paper explores new methods to improve the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country,in order to enhance the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country better and faster.This paper studies the concept of innovation subject,and analyses the connotation,characteristics and status,initially forms the theory of cooperation mode in Colleges and universities and the small and medium-sized enterprise;analyses all kinds of school enterprise cooperation mode and puts forward the characteristics of each model;analyses the relationship between cooperation and innovation,then,systematically analyses and studies the school enterprise cooperation mode,the demand of enterprise innovation,the influence of school in the cooperation of enterprise innovation driven factors.Considering that the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises is insufficient,a new model of school enterprise cooperation is conducive to improve the innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises,helping to promote the small and medium-sized enterprises become outstanding innovation subject.According to the case of the establishment of cooperation mode between several domestic universities and A company,the running condition of the new model of school enterprise cooperation model proposed in this paper.Analysis shows that the new cooperation model proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises R&D team talent shortage,the lack of innovation ability,and contributes to the complementation and integration of multiple knowledge enterprise and university staff,which has great role in promoting product development.
