The network media is experiencing rapid increase with the development of internet technology. As the important component the network media, the news website has shouldered the responsibility with not only news propaganda, but also profit-making market demand. As the only news website of Dalian, Runsky.com faces to the great opportunity of development and the pressure and threat of fierce market competing.This paper combines RUNSKY.com's operating situation with the model strategic management theories, and researches its development strategy .This paper aims to study how to seek for the strategic mode suitable for the development of the company.This paper is composed of four.The fist one is foreword, introducing the theme background and its research significance as well as present research situation and development, research design and approach, research method.The current situation of RUNSKY websites is analyzed in details in chapter . Analyzes RUNSKY internal environment in terms of organizational structure, investment, human resources, integrated ranking main business. Analyzes the industry environment from the user environment, laws and regulations, technical analysis. And analyzes the competitive environment from the suppliers, customers, competitors, potential competitors.Business strategy is made in the third chapter. According to the business guiding ideology and goals, the paper on the base of the enterprise's strategy analysis and SWOT analysis develops the business strategy program-differentiation strategy, brand strategy and cooperation and alliance strategy.The last chapter points out the ways to achieve the strategies and offers the insurances of the business strategy realized.
