With the coming of knowledge-based economy, it is gradually recognized that the main factor which decides the development capacity of a enterprise and a society is not the real equipments but the knowledge, talent and skill owned by human beings. Enterprise is in existence due to people and is operated by people without whom it would become static. However, as it for Chinese enterprises, the severest challenge that enterprise management is confronted with and the point it focus on is that how to establish a system of scientific and systematic achievement management so as to evaluate employees' conduct,motivate their potential ability and let their intellectual be exerted, which is exceedingly important for the developing private enterprises.Company TXDL was founded in 1965 and since 1970 it started producting cable of communication. It has been belong to China Netcom Group Liaoning Branch. Company TXDL completed its reconstruction in 2006 and from then on it became Limited Liability Company. It now has staff of about 200, floor area of 50000 square meters and fixed assets of billion. It is equipped with professional production and detection facilities and it also has perfected internet sales system. Its product Bai Lu Da series are popular with the clients.This paper is based on Company TXDL which is characterized as private enterprise and is connected with the actual situation of the company. Through the deep analysis of the actuality and problems of achievement management and from the aspect of enterprise, managers and employees' needs, achievement management system is established right for the company in which balanced score card and KPI are tried to made use of in order to advance enterprise performance, realize enterprise strategy and enlighten the employees and at the same time set an example for other companies. The main content of this paper is as below: summary of concerned theory, deep analysis of the actuality and problem of achievement management in Company TXDL, designation of achievement management system and that company how to ensure the effective implementation of achievement management system.
