The main points and conclusion of this thesis are as follows:Frirst,cleaner production can enrich and complete the production running administrative theory.In the management of the production line,to implement cleaner production requires to measure the data of the actual input and output of every unit operation and analyse the material balance so as to find the main link and cause of the material loss and finally a practical solution.By doing this,the ratio of the enterprise's input and output will rise;the producing of polluters will be reduced;the level of the enterprise's operations manegement will be improved,consequently the enterprise's running administrative theory will be enriched and completed. Secend,cleaner production can enhance the product of enterprise's competitive power in the market.The technology of the enterprises has been reformed and updated,therefore the cleaner production enhances the whole quality and administrative level of the enterprises.To some extent,it reduces the impact of the international trade barrier,increases the possibility of entering the international market and enhances products' international competitive power.Third,cleaner production can reduce pollution and consumption,push to implement the Scientific Concept of Development.By carrying out the three R-environmental principle:reduce,reuse and recycle,it will bring benefits to reduce the burden of after-pollution environment-solution,to reach the standard of industrial pollution-origin stability and resolve the contradiction between environment pollution and economic development,to implement the Scientific Concept of Development and realise the goal of enterprise's sustainable development and the building of the environment-friendly society.
