Schematic Design On Cleaner Production Projects Of A Leather Company In Shishi

Green trade barriers in international trade and serious pollution generated in the production process made Chinese tanning industry develop slowly.But in the long run,it actually induces the tanning industry to seek change initiatively.It changed the tanning industry from fighting against pollution passively into preventing pollution actively.It made enterprises entering a higher level competition about protecting ecological condition,no longer just price and quality.Enterprises would eliminate outdated crafts and carry out cleaner production of technique and management.Finally enterprises would break the green trade barriers and improve the competitiveness of enterprises and products.This paper mainly studies schematic design on cleaner production projects of a leather company in Shishi.It will analysis of the production status of the company,the production link,the present situation of the raw and auxiliary materials,the focus of cleaner production audit,on this basis for the design and selection,and the plan implementation effect evaluation.Cleaner production project in this paper,the design scheme is reasonable,has the high reference and I hope to encourage other leather enterprises implement clean production and reference,provides the theory and practice basis for the promotion of clean production,and realize the sustainable development of the industry.This paper will be divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance of this article,simply described research methods,puts forward the overall framework.The second part introduces the main environmental problems of the leather industry and cleaner production technology.It introduces the current research of cleaner production in leather making industry at home and abroad.The third part describes the company situation and existing problems of cleaner production project.Cleaner production project design is analyzed in detail before the site investigation,including the production status,production links,material energy consumption and cleaner production level.The fourth part introduces the design process,including scheme generation and screening.The fifth part is the outcome of the project evaluation and advance the project plan.It will evaluate the schematics of energy consumption,pollution.Establish a system of cleaner production project,the clean production will effectively carry on for a long time.The sixth part is conclusion.
