With the increasingly serious environmental problems, people both at home and abroad are discussing how to achieve sustainable development between economic growth and environment. Cleaner production is an optimal production method balance between economic and environmental benefits. It can minimize raw material and energy consumption, reduce costs and improve efficiency, It is also able to change toxic and hazardous raw materials or products to what is non-toxic and harmless to the environment and human hazards minimum; What’s more, it can take strict management and scientific reform to the entire process, so that emissions from the production process to achieve the minimum quantifiable. Cleaner production has become an important means of protecting the environment. With the development of cleaner production, the project aiming on small and medium mechanical companies is gradually opening out.This thesis was focused on cleaner production audit, with construction of small and medium mechanical companies cleaner production audit mode and schemes. Studied the development of cleaner production at home and abroad on the basis of elaborated the background and the significance of the implementing cleaner production; Provided necessary of implementing cleaner production in small and medium mechanical companies based on analyzing its status of cleaner production; expounded the cleaner production evaluation index system and evaluation methods while studying cleaner production system. The paper takes Sauer-Danfoss as disquisitive objection and founds existing problems on cleaner production of enterprise through analyzing the status of production. On this basis,13 pieces of cleaner production option have been provided, including 10 none/low-priced projects and 3 medium/high-priced projects. RMB2.2125 million were invested in all and 801000kw electric,300t water and 0.73t paint were saved. CO2 emission has been reduced by 628.6t. Annual benefits of RMB1.2319 million will be got. With the implementing of these methods, it can make the company acquire benefit on both economy and environment. The goal became true.Finally, in this paper we make some suggestions on the existing problem in the process of implementing cleaner production and make the prospect for it. Additionally, the result can provide theoretical guidance and practical application for the implementing cleaner production in small and medium mechanical enterprise.
