And that will reduce the transport cost of the logistics of our country. This paper qualitative analysis the road grade's influence on transporting cost, and analysis the Urban Road System overall arrangement's influence on transport cost.Firstly, this paper analysis the composition and function of the logistics system, what the logistics cost includes, and detail describe the factors influencing the transportation cost what is the major classes.
