With the improvement of modern transportation conditions,the proportion of the road of coal logistics in the logistics circulation field is rising up,and optimization of the coal logistics network layout has risen to the national level,so how to reduce the cost of transport links in the logistics network is becoming hot in the current of coal logistics research.Although the bulk supplies such as the coal which is a large amount and long distance transport are more suitable for rail transport, with rising coal production, rail capacity is saturated and the decline of rail capacity costs has been very limited.The road support more point to point distance transport, however due to the lack of rail capacity, the road began to undertake long-distance transport. Economic attributes of the road transport determines that the long-distance transport is non-economic transport,so it is very significant that how to turn the non-economic transport into economic transport.The road of coal transport refers to the position movement of coal in road coal logistics network,what’s more,fast and efficient road coal logistics network is a prerequisite for road transport.The reality of the road coal logistics networks are often show the phenomens such as congestion, roundabout,and repeat and so on.The main reason for this phenomenon are scattered layout in logistics network node, unreasonable aisle selection, Deviation Information and poor organization.This article points out the problems appeared in the road coal logistics network, and according to the theory of regional planning, information system design, system construction to analyze and solve the problems by using node layout, route optimization, logistics system and other methods.This research firstly builds the coal logistics node index evaluation system and transport channel multi-target model, then according to the model, the research choose the factor analysis and multi-objective algorithm Dijkstra.Finally,taking the empirical analysis, feasibility validate the model and method on the coal producing province in China--- Shanxi province.The results of Shanxi coal logistics network research provide a basis on quantify decision.The main research work is as follows:(1)Analysis of road coal logistics network.This paper analyzes the characteristics for road coal logistics network, consider the impact of the nodes and aisles for coal logistics network, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the current coal logistics network, and analyze the need for road coal logistics network optimization.(2)Construction of roads coal logistics network optimization model.Analyzing involved factors about the affected node model, including coal shipments, the number of coal mine distribution, construction costs, transportation conditions, the level of economic development, the user scale, and environmental impact and so on; after quantitatively expressing these factors,taking them into the node evaluation model,and constructing dimensional analysis method of choosing model;finally, building a transport aisle optimization nodle by using the cost minimization objective function.(3)Construction of coal logistics network management and control system.Based on optimized logistics network, the research from three areas:management, risk control system, and information sharing to build a network management and control system in order to ensure the efficient operation of the network.(4)Taking Shanxi Province as an empirical study to conduct empirical research about road coal logistics network.Empirical research the model of the node location and transport channel optimization model proposed chapters IV and V, as well as factors affecting the selected node, in order to respectively verify the feasibility and effectiveness of transport aisle optimized node selected.According to the results of empirical research, this study provide suggestions.for building the logistics network in Shanxi Province.This paper points out the optimal decision problem for the road coal logistics network,use the supply chain theory, regional planning theory, operations research and comprehensive evaluation theory, focusing on regional planning theory and operations research to do the exploratory research in the area of coal logistics network optimization field.This paper from the angles about the economic factors and non-economic factors of logistics node location to provide decision support,as well as be important theoretical implications for node location.In addition,this paper use operations research methods to optimize the transport aisles, which is important practical implications for the design of the vehicle routing problem of transport.
