Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)is one of the most potential areas of economic development in China,and it is also one of the most densely populated areas of transportation logistics network.Efficient and mature transportation logistics system can not only promote the regional economic development,but also effectively guide the coordinated development of the region.The smooth development of BTH logistics will become the basis for the coordinated development of BTH.In order to promote the economic integration of BTH,it is necessary to strengthen the coordination and linkage with the surrounding supply market in logistics,further improve the regional integration logistics system,and rationally plan the transportation network of BTH city circle.Constructing a reliable and coordinated road transport network is an important means to speed up the development of BTH logistics.Therefore,the reliable road transport network is an indispensable link in the realization of the sustainable development of BTH logistics and regional economic integration.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate and optimize the logistics reliability of BHT road logistics network is of practical significance.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper studies the definition of logistics transportation network from the theoretical point of view.Then combining with the concept of transportation network reliability,the paper defines the connotation of logistics transportation network reliability;and then combining with the structure and environment of BTH logistics road transport network characteristics such as factor analysis of Beijing Tianjin Hebei logistics transportation network reliability,and then determine the connectivity reliability as the transportation network reliability evaluation index and the road transport network only relates to the highway transportation network.Research on connectivity reliability of BTH logistics transportation network,based on the knowledge of graph theory to the BTH regional arterial road network,this paper abstract road network topology map,a total of 29 nodes,42 sections,29 nodes including the BTH region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,all prefecture level city and administrative region.By using the minimal path set algorithm and Monte Carlo algorithm,the connectivity reliability of each road section and the whole logistics road transportation network is calculated respectively,which base on road saturation level,travel time,transport distance.The paper improves the previous research on the connectivity reliability of the logistics road transport network,which is limited to the state of connectivity or interruption.Finally,based on the comments of BTH logistics transportation network connectivity reliability,according to the BTH logistics transportation network of road section data,the paper construct the BTH logistics transportation network connectivity reliability optimization model,and puts forward the scientific and reasonable optimization scheme,and provides the decision-making basis for the coordinated development of BTH.
