Research On The Control System Of Road Freight Logistics Cost In Network Environment

As the expansion of information technology and globalization, more and more enterprises are faced with the reform of information technology and global competition. The traditional manual operations have not been able to satisfy the need of rapid and punctual delivery service, the logistics cost control await to be solved urgently, therefore the road freight logistics enterprises will take on the third party logistics'role and carry on thoroughly the informational construction. The logistics activities play a very important role in the social and economic development, and the development of information technology brings along the logistics technology.This article mainly analyses the constitution of road freight logistics costs and the factors that effect the logistics costs, to point out road freight transport enterprises logistics cost control problems and solution; at the same time, and analyses the related conditions of building information system that need; then designs the system framework and platform; and then plan road freight enterprises logistics cost control system, including the network environment, the database structure, control process and functional module etc.; with the former analysis, evaluates this new system. In this paper, through the method of combining theory and practice, to a certain extent, we expand the using breadth and depth of the road freight enterprises logistics cost control system, and it has certain significance on the implementation of the road freight enterprises. After that the road freight transportation enterprises'distinctive property, we can see the logistics management information systems have the integration of network and informational management characteristic. Road freight transport enterprises which based on their own merits and domestic three-dimensional transportation network transportation system, make use of the rapid development of modern network technology to enable computer management information system that can be released through the network to collect information and can analyze, judge and decide relevant information, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Making full use of logistics cost control system also can reduce the artificial errors to realize information sharing, make good logistics plan and have real-time logistics costs control to meet high-speed, safe, reliable, in particular the needs of low-cost. At present, some large-medium-sized enterprises has established its own logistics management information systems, but some systems are too complex to focus on road freight transport and distribution enterprises management, some others are too simple to manage or co-operate between enterprises on the information sharing.Over all, we can see it is based on the thinking of the logistics management information systems such as logistics management theory, and takes the road freight transport enterprises in the logistics supply chain into account, to design the logistics cost control system in the network environment for the road freight transport enterprises so as to provide a practical application.
