Enterprise Green Upgrade Research Based On The Environment Value Chain

"Green upgrades" is a new trend which suits to the ecological climate of economy development.In the context of the global environment deterioration,a series of new concept came into being,such as green revolution,green realization,green consumer,green ban,green trade valuations,high standard of environment protection, all of those show a strong society power,require that companies green upgrades.The new viewpoint of sustainable development requires sustainable development of not only the macro and intermediate economy but also the social units.An important aspect of enterprise sustainable development is to realize green upgrades.In this paper,on the basis of the environment value chain perspective as an important analytical tool,analyze green upgrades will help enterprises to improve business performance,breeding green competitiveness,enhance the value of enterprises,so as to promote the sustainable development.Then set up the environment value chain-balanced score card indicators system,use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation. Finally,use the new energy automotive as a case,carry on empirical analysis which integrating theory with practice.
