Outstanding enterprises are built in excellent enterprise culture. Throughout the history of the development of Chinese and foreign enterprises, most successful enterprises have unique enterprise culture. Shaping and developing enterprise culture is a complex project, which calls for the entire staff to participate in it, need close coordination between the various departments, and need long-term precipitation and arduous efforts.Guangdong Branch of China Mobile is the pioneer in mobile communications industry. As China's largest provincial mobile company, it has begun to implement the corporate culture strategy, vigorously carried out the building of enterprise culture since 1998, and become China's first enterprise built of enterprise culture in the mobile communications industry. It proposes a characteristic theory while it inherits China Mobile's enterprise culture. In the research of Guangdong Mobile's management of innovation and management of group, it shows that Guangdong Mobile fires up the employees to make a enterprise knowledge sharing by five protetive measures and fictitious gold coin measure .Set China Mobile Guangdong Branch as an example, this paper will describe the characteristics of the building of enterprise culture, research on the mutual influence between enterprise culture and enterprise knowledge sharing, and research on connotation and characteristics of cultural which is conducive to the sharing of knowledge and so on. At last, it sets the culture-building programs. Enterprise culture impacts on knowledge sharing. With the analysis of it, this paper points the present deficiencies and problems in knowledge-sharing, and explores countermeasures to be taken: the establishment of confidence-building mechanisms, concepts and management innovation, tacit knowledge sharing and so on.
