Globalization and information revolution are making enterprises' surrounding to become more complicated. So enterprises face more opportunities and challenges and need more care about the condition to strengthen the collaboration and communication. The competitive essence among enterprises in future is knowledge transfer, sharing, innovation. With the development of network economics leaded by information technology, the competitive and collaborative areas among companies are keeping widen. And the competitions among enterprise become the competition among the networks in which companies lie. Strategic network, the kind of new organize relation, is suitable to the change and appear. The competition among strategic networks is knowledge and resource in essence. How to carry out knowledge sharing, innovation among strategic network's enterprises is a blank area abort the knowledge management's research and practice.The definition of strategic network is that different organizations based on mutually trust and collaboration in the long term reach some agreements and stipulations, and each organization and the whole network will build up own core abilities after sharing the resource in the network.Knowledge sharing is the knowledge diffusion's way based on the IT platform and rules' arrangement in the organization. The definition of enterprise' knowledge innovation is to rearrange the knowledge and develop it so that enterprise gets maximum profit. It includes the technology innovation in process of research and the innovation happen in course of the knowledge production, diffusion, exchange, application.I built up the KS and KI's analytic and implementary system in strategic networks. I selected the following angels: obstacle, cause, implementary principle, implementary ways and assuring mechanism on the process of knowledge sharing, innovation in strategic networks. Further, I gave the enterprise' KS and KI tactics in our country from the angle of supply chain and BPR. The article has the followingconclusion.1. Knowledge sharing and innovation's management reasons in strategic network have the following points: inventing scale effect, optimizing business process, reduce the operation and technology risks. Economics reasons have the following points: reducing the business cost effectively, reducing the internalization's cost, decreasing the risks leaded by opportunism action and proprietary asset.2. The obstacles of KS and KI in the strategic network include that time and space obstacle, institutional obstacle, ability obstacle, culture obstacle, channel obstacle and obstacles leaded by unsure risk and opportunity cost.3. The implementary ways on the process of knowledge sharing, innovation in strategic networks are given. Specifically, at first the ways must be based on the recent collaborations, we must build up and improve the KM system among organizations; second, we must describe the knowledge map and go to the knowledge; third, we must build the information system; four, we may found the virtual university; five, we may found the best practice center; six, we may found the practice community; seven, we must manage the knowledge of retried and off-job employees.4. The assuring mechanisms on the process of knowledge sharing, innovation in strategic networks are given. Specifically, at first we have to mutually trust mechanisms; second, we have to unify each organization's missions, strategies and objectives; third, we can take use of enterprise culture building to promote the KS and KI, four, we may use organization's structure innovation to be suit for the KS and KI; five, we may build up the evaluating and promoting mechanisms.5. I carry out limited theory to put forward the knowledge sharing, innovation's strategy in strategic network based on the supply chain and BRP.In the article I made the following innovation:1. To analyze the knowledge sharing, innovation's strategy in strategic network from the angle of supply chain.2. To use the new institutional economics' theory to analyze the reason of knowledge sharing, innovation's strategy in strategic network.3. To put forward the options that we may syncretize five discipline in learningorganization with IDESECI model.4. To use limited theory to solve the problem about knowledge sharing, innovation's strategy in our country strategic network.
