Since the 21st century,the enterprise management of tacit knowledge sharing has gradually brought to the attention of the managers and policy makers,for competitive modern enterprises,only through the master has been coded and symbolization of explicit knowledge,can no longer be the enduring condition of enterprise.On the contrary,what can play a key role in the knowledge management of enterprises is the hidden knowledge resources that are obscure,uncoded and difficult to be communicated verbally.The core of the real estate consulting companies is to provide knowledge services and management,if you want to gain a foothold in the fierce competition in the market,not only to fully grasp the knowledge of existing resources and the effective integration,we also on this basis to improve the comprehensive knowledge service force of the enterprise,this is the driving force of the development of enterprises for a long time.Based on the enterprise management based on the related theory of tacit knowledge sharing,using the theory of organizational learning and enterprise culture theory,systematically elaborated the process of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing,influence factors and management methods:the management of tacit knowledge sharing process from within the organization transformation and knowledge processes into the in-depth analysis,and it is concluded that the influence factors of enterprise tacit knowledge sharing activities are Shared subject,Shared object as well as the internal environment of sharing effect;From the perspective of interest coordination,corporate culture,technical support and organizational structure,this paper elaborates the methods of tacit knowledge sharing management.On this basis,taking Shenyang Lianxiang real estate company,on this basis,this paper conducts an empirical analysis,studies the management methods and shortcomings of this company's tacit knowledge sharing,and finally puts forward the promotion strategy.In this paper,from the angle of view of the real estate consulting enterprise specific instances,to explore the methods of enterprises tacit knowledge sharing management and promotion strategy,on the basis of reviewing the literatures at home and abroad and summarizing,reasonable use of case study,fully grasp the combination of theory with practice,analyzes the current real estate consulting companies in our country present situation and the management of tacit knowledge sharing room to improve,the broad prospects for real estate consulting companies in the development of future space provides the certain reference significance.tacit knowledge sharing management;Shenyang Lianxiang real estate co.Real estate consulting companies...
