| Human society strive for harmony all along,but consider it more precious in 21st century.The first objective of tourism is to implement the sustainable development of tourism,but the most important goal is the harmonious development of the destination communities-economic,social, cultural and environmental harmony together.Therefore,Community participation in tourism is the inevitable trend for the current and future development of the tourism industry,also It is the final choice for tourist destination's sustainable development.From an overall point of view,China's domestic community participation in tourism is still at the initial stage of development,which is absent a sound management system to guide it,and lack appropriate mechanisms to regulate it.Accordingly,it emerged many problems,and therefore the research of community participation in tourism still has its practical significance.This paper,based on a lot of literature research and adequate empirical research,based on the theory of sustainable development,social exchange theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,selecting the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan DeHang Miao Village's community participation as the object,using interviews and questionnaire surveys to analyze the community residents' recognition, planning,activities,proceeds,training and route when participate in tourism,finding DeHang Miao Village'scommunityparticipationat a lowlevelstage.Besides,author studys residents'perception of tourism influence,classifies residents into 4 classes:enthusiastic supporters,contradictory supporters,cautious supporters and indifferent supporters,analyzes the perception differences between various kinds of residents,besides,analyzes the different tourism perceptions of different categories mainly from the angle of demology characteristics,the result showed that level of education and career impacts residents'perception greatest.Onthis basis,author proposes appropriate mode for DeHang Miao Village's participation in tourism:"government+company+farmers",and corresponding participation mechanisms of planning and decision-making,benefits distribution,education and training,consultation and communication,safeguarding and supervison,applying the reference for the development of Dehang scenic tourism and community. |
