The Comprehensive Evaluation Study Of Business Benefits Based Along The Metro Line 2 In Xi'an

With the acceleration of urbanization process in Xi'an,the large influx of cadres from other areas,rural urbanization,living standards improved,private vehicles increased,result in a series of"urban diseases"---- population growth,traffic congestion,environmental degradation,energy shortages and so on.Therefore,the planning project will include the planning of the MTR in the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan",and Metro Line 2 in Xi'an started to construct in north-south direction on the main road in September 2006 so as to attract passengers and ease traffic pressure,to increase capacity of transport operators and drive along the commercial development, value-added business benefits and more exert the city's economic leverage in business circles。In this paper,based on existing traffic conditions and the mode of transportation in Xi'an,and reasonable analysis of the MTR construction,the ground public transport system has been unable to make people satisfy the travel ways with the rapid economic development,the dramatic increase in population,worsening traffic environment and traffic chaos。In addition to the limited ground space,as well as the development of the MTR with a large capacity,fast,safe,reliable,comfortable and the characteristics of quasi-point,the construction of subway is the inevitable outcome of socio-economic development.From the above,in this paper,to distinguish between commercial,business circles and the concept of business center in theory at first,along with the subway at home and abroad the development condition of business,the paper proposed subway construction along the Xi'an City Commercial Development and trends,and analyzed the commercial benefits theoretical and provided a theoretical basis for the business and investment direction。Analyzing concepts and theories,the paper advanced the indicator system of the impact of the commercial effectiveness based on Metro Line 2 in Xi'an,adopting questionnaire approach for the public of subway construction in Xi'an Xiao zhai section tenders。The paper made a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the commercial effectiveness along Metro Line 2 in Xi'an with this method,which is a means of analysis theory and analysis of the use of a combination of survey methods,and came out a conclusion。...
