Study On The Comprehensive Benefits Of Water Resources Based On The Diaokou River

Water resource in agricultural area in China plays a very important role in ensuring production,promote economic develop-ment and the protection of the ecological environment etc.How-ever,in recent years,in the social and economic development of agricultural zones at the same time,due to the shortage of water resources,insufficient capital investment,unreasonable develop-ment and utilization of water resources and management system and other factors Water resources in agriculture area appeared some restrict the sustainable development of the problem.The evaluation of comprehensive benefit of water resources in agricultural areas,to understand the benefits of integrated water resources agricultural region,analysis the cause of the problem,can provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of agricultural region.The comprehensive benefit evaluation of water resources in agricultural region theory,systematically studies the problem of comprehensive benefit evaluation of water resources in agriculture area,obtained the following research results:(1)The definition and connotation of the comprehensive benefits of water resources in agriculture area,that the comprehensive benefit of water resources in agriculture area is the unity of social benefit,economic benefit and ecological environment benefit expression.On this basis,analysis the theoretical basis of comprehensive bene-fit evaluation of water resources in agriculture area: comprehensive benefit evaluation indexes of water resources,water resources co-mprehensive benefit evaluation method.(2)According to the comprehensive evaluation index system of Diao kou river water resources construction method of the current existing problems,combining qualitative and quantitative index system construction.Based on human primary the river of Diao kou the comprehensive benefits of water resources evaluation,analyzed the connotation of each index,determines the significance of appli-cation of analysis and evaluation of each index.(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive benefits of water resources evaluation Diao kou.Through the example analysis,the comprehensive benefits of water resources evaluation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of multi-level,multi factor with good results;to determine the weight of evaluation indexes,therefore,can avoid human interference,is more intelligent.(4)The primary index system of comprehensive benefit evaluation of water resources of Diao kou River,the comprehensive evaluation results show that: After a comprehensive renovation after Diaokou River safety status of old river area as well as the evaluation,economic status,social status,better for the general situation of ecologi-cal environment evaluation,comprehensive evaluation situation for the better.Compared with before the treatment,the Diaokou River ancient channel comprehensive treatment has better effect,after the rectification can meet the basic requirements of the spare channel,but also economic,social,ecological and environmental effects were improved greatly.
