Research On The Coordination Management System Of Engineering Project

From the point of view of project management group or a decision maker, a systematic study on engineering project coordination management has been made on this paper. Throng symmetrically and comprehensively analyzing the coordination function in project management from different views and levels, existing problems and possible solution are presented. Considering the importance of participants' behavior, this thesis included five parts as follows:First, the theory basic of project coordination is described from Management Science, Management Psychology and Behavior;Second, the mechanism of project coordination is studied systematically. Combine with an engineering example, the application, common problems and influence factor of coordination work are analyzed;Third, in prospective of Culture and Behavior, project coordination is further discussed through the analysis of characteristic of participants behavior and culture properties of project organization, to achieve the goal of making the participants beliefs, ideals, values and behaviors coincide with the aim of the project to accomplish the tasks of project;Forth, the conflict problems in project management is studied through analyzing the effect on project implementation and presenting processing method. In the project environment conflict problems is inevitable. And risk management on the implementation of the basic meaning , the type and procedure of the risks involved,introduced to identify the risk analysis and response methods.The key problem finally to solve is how to realize win-win and the coexistence of conflict and cooperation;Last, communication management as a technical means is described by analyzing the connotation and common ways of communication management in project implementation, and introducing information technique and its effect on communication management...
