The coaching is an new emerging management technology, which is transplanted from the world of sports. Enterprise coaching can cause coached person to display individual potential power , stimulate team spirits, promote enterprise's productive forces. Speaking of the enterprise, it is the effective tool of founding "study organization" and the realizing adaptibility leadership. Speaking of individual, it may stimulate individual potential power and help the individual achieve the goal.The coaching is containing the wisdom crystallization of humanity managment, is one kind of open and the compatible system, is various science synthesis applications including the psychology, the pedagogy, the management science, the philosophy and so on.Under the human nature assumption of the coaching technique, the human resource management of the business enterprise is like following characteristics:①The governor pays attention to a corporate culture, the value's leading function for employee behavior. Through the development of "coach culture" in the business enterprise, the governor sets up the value view of development, innovation and ego realization.②The paying attention to develop employees to study "coach thinking" and "coach activity" , the improvement which help employees to become a system mode of thinking which is started from the intelligence mode improvment to clarifing a target ,reforming one's way of mindset , planning an activity continuously, attaining a result.③The paying attention to the management for making people the center in the business enterprise ,that is through a competitive managing and producing activity to perfect the person's will and character, namely , raise the person's intelligence, strengthen the person's physical strength, make the person acquire to develop more completely.④The coach's technique takes employees as customers, through the service toward the employee, the exaltation of employee's the saved quantity of manpower capital, helping the employee's own worth realization to carry out an organization's target.Under the the coaching, the human resource management of the business enterprise play like following roles:①The coaching may help the staff clear goal and enhance the efficiency②The coaching may have the effective stimulation on the staff's production enthusiasm③The coaching may help the enterprise to establish "study" culture and promote the effective system of the communication④The coaching may help wield the leader to display his talent⑤The coaching is possible to make good use of the human resources management⑥The coaching may improve the human resources administrative personnel's quality and the ability .
