The morden performance sport practice has shown that the quality of sports coaching is the most important environmental factor in determining performance improvement and success. Coaching behaviour which lies and is the key elements of the coaching process, influences the realization of the objection of the process. The quality of the coaching process which is dependent on the effective of the coaching behaviour determines the coaching success.Hence there are two reasons for us to study on the coaching behaviour and effective behaviour ,one is to improve the coaches'performance and another is to develope the sport theory especially the coaching theory. Therefore engaging in studying coaching behaviour is not only beneficial to the development of coaching theory but also to the improvement of coaches' practice.Based on the aboving points , using the methods of material-documentary, logic analysis ,systematic ,this article mainly discusses the coaching behaviour of coaching process from theoretics perspective and draws the following conclusions:The coaching process is the contract between athlete and coach and the operationalisation consists of the purposeful ,direct and in direct, formal and informal series of activities and intervetions designed to improve competition and performance ,the most evident part of the process is normally a planned , co-ordinated and integrated programme of preparation and competition; coaching behaviour which consists of observerable behaviour and inner behaviour, is the coaches' professional behaviour and reflects coaches' knowledge,ability and experience ; effective coaching behaviour refers to the coaching behaviour which improves the athlete's performance and realizes the objection of coaching process according to the training principle .The coaching process has different elements and these different elements consists of the boundaries of the process; the coaching process is characterized by three sets of skills: planning , delivery,and management ; in light of different boundaries and skills of the process, coaching process can be distinguished the two kinds of coaching model : participation coaching and performance coaching.Coaching behaviour includes : direct intervention, intervention support , constraints management, strategic co-ordination., and the decision-making of behaviour depends on the scientific training principles of improvement performance of athlete, the requirement of the coaching-process and constraint factors of the process . Coaching behaviour is influenced by sport culture and coaches'quality. Knowledge notion and ability is the fundamental of coaching behaviour."successful coaching"means the achievement of objection and not implies the winning competitions; "competent coaching"just exoresses that the coach has the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out the functions required of the role and refers to a minimum level of acceptable performance; "expert coaching" implies high level of effectiveness .The ways to evaluate the effective coaching behaviour include: the extent of improvement of athlete performance , competition success, the extent of realization of objection of sport orgnizatioan and the process competent of coaches. The effective coaching behaviour is always related to the concrete coaching scene and the effective coaching behaviour is relative.Analysis to the case of expert coaching behaviour shows that these coaches have a plenty of theoretic and practical knowledge and focus on the relationship with athlete during the process. and further analysis also shows that the coaching behaviour of different expert coach have their own's special concern. That means the effective of coaching behaviour is diversity.The improvement of effective coaching behaviour is dependent on the motivation of the coach and the sport culture. Coach education and coaches' self-development is the two ways to ehance the effective coaching behaviour. The key part to improve the effective coaching behaviour is to enrich the coaches' practical knowledge and upgrade their reflective ability during the process.
