With the development of modern enterprise management,human resource management is becoming an indispensable part of the daily business so that the business units pay more and more attention to it as well.Business leaders realize that modern enterprise competition is not only for the product and market,but also for talent since talent has become one of the most important factors.Traditional management model of giving speeches and orders have brought more and more problems as more employees born 90s start their careers.Coaching technology brings new method to our work,especially to human resource management including human resource planning,training&developing,performance management as well as employee relations.It plays a very important role in how to develop,train and retain the talents.As a new mental model,coaching technology could improve the performance and develop talents better.More company has been applying the new technology in the human resource management system and its effectiveness has been proved.The thesis demonstrate the advantages and working procedures that coaching technology brings to the performance management,employee development,talents review by introducing the theory of coaching technology as well as the methods and its applications.Meanwhile,takes company A as an example:demonstrate the coaching technology applications in performance evaluation,talents review,conflict management and leadership development.It proves that the human resource management gets improved which leading to a better employees' engagement and company culture after applying coaching technologyCombine with the practical application;it states five stages of the new model in coaching technology application which is Contracting,Learn,Envision,Action,and Deliver.Focus on applying coaching technology programs in companies,the thesis proposed a systematic scheme and new working method combined with the coaching practices.The research conclusion of this thesis provides practical guidance for the coaching technology applications in human resource management in companies;it also has enlightenment and reference significance for widely promoting coaching technology applications to the domestic enterprises.
