Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education, and vigorously develop vocational education, training high-quality applied talents is the inevitable requirement for the rapid development of China’s economic and social imperative. China’s tourism development requires a large number of practical ability tourism professionals. School-enterprise cooperation is an effective mode of trave to promote the development of vocational education and to smooth implementation of tourism personnel training. Tourism colleges of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation cooperation exists some problems: the way of school-enterprise cooperation is single, the enthusiasm of enterprise is not high. Purpose of this study is to explore solutions to the problems among vocational school-enterprise cooperation, to promote school-enterprise cooperation more smoothly proceed.This paper is based on Human Capital Theory and other related theories. To use a variety of methods, analyzing the impact factors of school-enterprise cooperation. Analyse the current situation of the Guilin Institute of Tourism school-enterprise cooperation from four aspects:The rules and regulations; organization system; mode of operation; supervision and evaluation. Summed up the problem of cooperation among Guilin Institute of Tourism and enterprises. Introduce School and Enterprise Cooperation situation of Germany, the UK, Japan, Switzerland, summed worthwhile experiences of tourism vocational education should learn from. Finally, the article based on the relevant theoretical research, the typical case studies and draw lessons learned abroad, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of the cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges.This article has five parts:The first part is an introduction. This section describes the origin of the study of school-enterprise cooperation, research status, the purpose and significance of the study, research ideas and methods. Focuses on The purpose of this study significance, and determines the basic ideas and methods of the study.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the study tour vocational colleges school-enterprise cooperation issues and related concepts. Focuses on the core concepts of the content of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. Describes the human capital theory, Organization and cooperation theory, game theory as a theoretical basis for Tourism Research in Vocational Colleges school-enterprise cooperation issues.The third part discusses the current situation and problems of Guilin Institute of Tourism school-enterprise cooperation.Firstly, Firstly, introduce the features and characteristics of Guilin Institute of Tourism school from four aspects:the school of thought and educational philosophy, teaching management and teaching practices, research and social services, construction of campus culture.Secondly, carry out empirical research according to school leaders, teachers and students, the relevant person in charge of the enterprise, analyse and summary the reason for the problem of guilin institute of tourism school-enterprise cooperation.The fourth part is the introduction the experience of foreign travel vocational education school-enterprise cooperation. Introduced the situation in respective tourism education cooperation between School and Enterprise in four countries:Germany Britain, Japan, Switzerland. summed up the experience that worth our reference.The fifth part is the suggestions to improve the tourism school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges. According to the status and problems of school-enterprise cooperation of Guilin Institute of Tourism.Propose measures to improve tourism school-enterprise cooperation: strengthening the role of the government in guiding and positioning; building dynamic school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms; construction of school-enterprise cooperation in culture, strengthen school-enterprise cultural integration; development industry associations; build Vocational Education Group.
