With the continuous deepening of education reform in our country,the role of higher vocational education in improving the overall quality of the people has become increasingly prominent.How to ensure the employment of students as they wish and improve the quality of employment are also issues of widespread concern to all sectors of society.Students in higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the training of practical skills.The level of employability can directly affect the quality of employment in the future.At present,school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education are the key development directions and goals of higher vocational education in the future.Therefore,studying and improving the employability of students from the perspective of school-enterprise collaborative education can better help students improve their employment competitiveness,while conforming to the development of the times.This paper is based on the theory of new public management,from the perspective of collaborative education,taking the employability of vocational students in Guizhou S school as the research object,and establishing employability assessment,analyzing the current situation of the employability of S school students,and the current situation of S school in improving the employability of students in school-enterprise collaborative education from both the government and the school,and find out the current students' employability is at a medium level.Government and school can provide basic services and guarante.However,in the management process,there are still some problems exist.This article proposes ways to improve employability from the perspective of school-enterprise collaborative education,including: the government changes its role based,formulates specific management rules,provides financial support,establishes a security system,etc;On the school side,updates the concept of school-enterprise education,improves management methods,establishes a school-enterprise teacher team,provides multiple types of practical activities,and coordinates to strengthen employment guidance.For enterprises,they should update the concept of cooperation,establish a sense of responsibility,and strengthen enterprise-to-students communication.
