| Wind power is a kind of renewable clean energy source,which has an important meaning for energy conservation.Hence,the industry of wind power has become the focus industry in China.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of wind power in our country.Then,the paper analyzes the risk factors including natural disaster risk,technology risk,economic risk,and policy risk.An evaluation index system is obtained which can be applied to evaluate the risk level.Secondly,a method of qualitative risk analysis,the logic framework,is put forward to evaluate the risk level of the wind power projects.In order to judge the risk level,the risk assessment's standards are designed based on the rate and the influence of the risk factors.Furthermore,the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to quantify the risk of the project according to the result of qualitative analysis.Integrating the methods of the qualitative and quantification analysis,then it proposes a reasonable assessment about the risk factors of the project of wind power.Finally,it proves the methods and the model through the case of the project of wind power.The results could help us improve the level of the management of the project of wind power,and bring down the risk of the project. |
