With the global economy continues to pick up,the internationalization of enterprises,overseas development become the mainstream.Based on this background,China has accelerated its implementation of the "going out" strategy and has proposed a "THE BELT AND ROAD,economic corridor through 64 countries,across the Asia Pacific region and connecting with Europe.The state encourages enterprises to actively expand their business overseas.At the same time,with the continuous expansion of global electricity demand and the gradual expansion of China's power enterprises and the saturation of domestic market,promoting the development of overseas sector is an inevitable trend in the future.This not only has a profound impact on the development of China's power enterprises influence,will also greatly promote the internationalization of China's enterprises,at the same time in the energy policy,energy security has a great significance to our country.However,due to the changing international situation and the greater uncertainty of the overall environment of the host country,overseas power projects are under greater pressure in risk prevention and assessment.This paper first describes the background of overseas investment of China's power enterprises and the current risk situation,and introduces the significance and purpose of the study.The power project has the risk characteristics,risk factors and related risk assessment theory,risk identification methods are analyzed.Elaborating on the distribution of social,cultural,economic and natural resources in Ecuador,the situation of power construction,the power sector and the power system.Analyzes and evaluates D Company's TP power project in Ecuador mainly by using AHP.Among them,Delphi method is used to consult with experts to determine the weight of each index involved.The weight parameters form the first-level and second-level matrix analysis and judgment matrix and comprehensive evaluation matrix.The final parameters are used to evaluate the risk of the project.
