Research On Risk Management Of Yangliutang Wind Power General Contracting Project

After the strategic goal of double carbon is proposed in our country,renewable resources and green energy get the opportunity to develop,wind power industry is also facing new development opportunity,but at the same time there are also more and more risks encountered in wind power project construction.This paper takes the general contracting project of Yangliutang Wind Power Plant as the research object,and from the perspective of the general contracting unit,analyzes all kinds of risks that the general contracting project of wind power project may encounter in the construction process,and discusses how to effectively control the possible risks through control strategies and countermeasures.This paper aims to improve the risk management level of the general contract project of Yangliutang Wind power Plant project,reduce the risk incidence and loss,improve the project profit,and provide some references for more wind power project construction enterprises.In the research process,I collected and sorted out domestic and foreign research literature,and made clear the research background,significance,content and methods.This paper first of all makes a brief introduction to the theoretical basis and related concepts involved in the subject research,and the general contracting project environment to do an overview,deeply determine the concept of the general contracting project and the characteristics of The Times.Then the risk identification method is used to identify the risks of the project,and 39 project risks and other risks are obtained.Then,according to the constructed risk evaluation index system,the identified risk factors are evaluated one by one,and the corresponding risk levels of each risk factor are obtained and sorted.According to the final evaluation results,the top three risks of the project are as follows: There are risks of rising prices of leased machinery and equipment,improper management of subcontractors by the project department,and low project profits.Finally,based on the results of risk evaluation,the methods of risk retention,risk elimination,risk reduction and risk transfer are respectively adopted to deal with various risk factors encountered by the project.There are 9 figures,12 tables and 54 references...
