In recent years, with the rapid economic development, wind energy becomes more and more fierce competition in the market. For an effective response to the global warming problem, to the establishment of a clean and renewable source of energy to replace fossil energy in power generation work to strengthen the effective use of wind resources. So, with wind power project of quickly development, wind electric investment intensified, but we also must clear of awareness to, China at this stage of wind electric development technology and developed compared also exists must of gap, is in wind electric development of primary stage experience insufficient, in development construction operation process will be encountered many risk, this need we be attention to guarantee wind electric project of economic social benefits.Based on the basic concept of wind power generation, this article analysis wind power generation in the significance and the role of sustainable development in our country. And combined with the present status of research on wind power at home and abroad, wind projects are summarized characteristics of investment risk, as well as detailed analysis of the basic theory of risk management, and wind power project investment risk management method for an in-depth study. In the risk analysis, the first based on the analysis of wind power projects characteristics, the various stages of the wind power project risk factors identified by phasing of construction of wind power feasibility study and design phase, investment and financing stage, building construction phase and operations and maintenance phases of the four stages of risk into account, and then build a relatively complete risk assessment system. In this model, the evaluation is treated matter-element determination, then select the appropriate classical field and section domain, by using AHP to 17 sub-indexes were four stages weight distribution, and finally a combination of elements and AHP model, got the project Risk level. Our model is applied to the evaluation of wind power projects in Weifang Binhai Investment Risk Evaluation to verify the practicality and feasibility of the model, combined with the evaluation results presented corresponding risk prevention measures. In the last article, summed up the reason for the formation of the investment risk and corresponding measures, while outlines directions insufficient innovation of this paper, and the research process and local presence in subsequent studies need to pay attention and be studied.
